The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has fixed tomorrow, October 13, 2022, for judgement on an appeal filed by the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra – IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
A release signed by Counsel to the detained IPOB leader, Ifeanyi Ejiofor confirmed this in a statement posted, Wednesday evening.

UPDATE ON ONYENDU’S COURT OF APPEAL CASE.
We just received NOTIFICATION from the Court of Appeal Abuja Judicial Division, that the long-awaited Judgment in Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s Appeal No: CA/ABJ/CR/625/2022 BETWEEN: MAZI NNAMDI KANU VS. FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA, will be delivered tomorrow being the 13th Day of October 2022, at 2pm.
ChukwuOkike Abiama is on the throne and shall forever be on the throne.
