Olaitan Gbenga, Chairman and CEO of Diadem Group, has received a prestigious leadership award in Zambia in recognition of his outstanding vision and commitment to excellence.
The award was presented by Prof. Patrick O. Lumumba during the Hive Africa Global Leaders programme at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lusaka, Zambia, according to a statement signed by Global CEO Ryan Allis.
The statement praised the honour as a reflection of Gbenga’s remarkable leadership and unwavering dedication to service and impact.
“Gbenga Olaitan Olatunde, founder and CEO of Diadem International Group, established the company in 2014 to deliver premium services in cleaning, fumigation, logistics, and payment outsourcing across Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa,” it noted.
As a certified expert in his field, Gbenga is affiliated with several notable professional organizations including Ehocon, Cpan, Pecan, Awamn, and the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI). His strategic leadership has elevated Diadem International into a recognized leader in its industry.
Over the years, Gbenga’s pursuit of excellence, innovation, and environmental sustainability has earned him several awards, such as the Africa’s Best Youngest Private Cleaning Services Award (2018), accolades from DAMA and Karcher Germany (2018), and the #40Under40NaijaCEOs Award (2024).

In his acceptance speech, he expressed heartfelt thanks to God, his team, mentors, colleagues, and family for their continued support. He dedicated the award to his twins, Princess Teriniola Jessie and Prince Olaoluwa Jesse Olatunde.
