Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, has picked the All Progressives Congress, APC nomination form to fight the 2023 presidential election.
Emefiele chose the form on Friday and will make his decision on Saturday.
According to reports, Emefiele’s associates spent N100 million for nomination and expression of interest forms on Friday at the International Conference Center in Abuja, where the forms were sold.
Recall that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo announced his candidacy for the 2023 presidential election on Wednesday.
His spokeswoman, Laolu Akande, stated that the monies were gathered by a “passionate team of support groups and individuals Nigerians from throughout the nation.”
